hot corners should be disabled when an app is full screen

Bug Description

I'm using hot corner a lot, it's great.
When I'm playing a game (full screen), if my mouse hits a corner, it goes back to the desktops (and shows the application overview triggered by the corner).
The game is a FPS so I don't see where the mouse is and can't prevent it from happening.

Interestingly, this seems to have stopped happening in Civ 5 (only game I've got installed at the moment). But it is still annoying when, for example, running a virtual machine in fullscreen. I feel like a natural solution might just be to make hot corners require a certain amount of 'pressure' from the mouse.
