Freya - Beta 1 - wont save Display settings (two monitors) and dock issue

I have Philips full HD monitor on left side of the laptop (Asus NV550JV). When I open display settings and move external monitor to the left and select star in it (default), sometimes dock stays on laptop monitor.
I also noticed that settings are not saved when I click "apply" So after restrart I need to set them again.

I have the same problem.
Every time I restart my session or my computer I lose the two monitors verfical position configuration and I have to set then up again.
The primary monitor configuration isn't lost, only the monitors position.

I'm using a VGA monitor on the left and an HDMI monitor on the right. Everytime I reboot the position changes back to VGA on the right, HDMI on the left.
