Install RELEASE stays under "System Tools" after fresh install

Bug Description

Not sure why it stayed in the options. I noticed it stays there regardless of the number of times that I've installed the OS.

I also had this when installing Freya release...

whereis ubiquity
ubiquity: /usr/bin/ubiquity /usr/lib/ubiquity /usr/bin/X11/ubiquity /usr/share/ubiquity /usr/share/man/man8/ubiquity.8.gz

And then just removed it

sudo apt-get remove ubiquity

And then cleaned up its dependencies

sudo apt-get autoremove
