2014-08-17 23:09:37 Ezra Sharp description This is something you need a separate app for in MacOSX but it offers some of the most useful functions. In particular the option to do a web search for the currently selected text. http://pilotmoon.com/popclip/ I think Chromium/Chrome also offer this in the browser. But I was hoping for this to be built into eOS system wide so no matter what app you're in you can just select the text and search without having to copy/paste and open a browser etc. Straight form Terminal, or Scratch or Files or anywhere else that text is select-able. A right click menu option to show only when the text IS select and maybe a keyboard shortcut to do the same. (The open selected link option would be awesome too).
