Chromium sessions don't show up in dock

Bug Description

Edit: Issue resolved after reboot

When Chromium is launched, no icon shows up in dock.
When manually placed in dock and launched from there, no indicator shows up and subsequent clicks on icon open new session instead of switching to the open one.
