theme issue with progress bar in gnome-clocks

Bug Description

Theme issue with progress bar in gnome-clocks. It doesn't appear the bar in the right image but in the left one it does so I think that could be elementary theme's issue. (With adwaita works well)

It's not working for me too, i'm using Gnome-clocks 3.10 (i didn't add any ppa that's why i have this old version)
