Cant change keyboard layout

Bug Description
I just today compile latest iso image from freya source and see this bug
I CANT CHANGE KEYBOARD LAYOUT. I try all settings, all combinations. I cant. Indicator layouts do not shows on wingpanel.

Indicator is not shows because you didn't add any layouts.
Try Settings -> Keyboard -> Layout and press "+" in the left fieldset to add your layouts.
Then indicator will appear.
