[Ubiquity]: window repeatedly resizes

Bug Description
Once the installer starts to work and the progress bar is displayed, the window resizes every time the text changes, due to zero-padding between the window items.
(Verified also in the 20140708 build)

This could likely be fixed by providing slides during the installation process. Harvey and I are working on some.
