Bug Description
As someone with terrible eyesight I often have a hard time seeing the cursor/ I lose track of it at at times. One accessibility feature on Windows is the 'high contrast cursor' - when the cursor is over white it's black, on black it's white, and it always chooses the high contrast based on background.
This would be hugely helpful.

I believe this would have to be added upstream.
In the meantime, there is a way to help you find the cursor: in "System Settings" > "Mouse and Touchpad", there's an option in the "Mouse" tab under "General" to "Show position of pointer when the Control key is pressed".
Checking this box will make it so that pressing the "Control" key on your keyboard highlights the mouse cursor with an animated blue pulse.
