Suspend messagebox after coming back from suspend.

When Isis suspends, I am seeing a message box on return telling me it is going to suspend. I click ok and everything is fine. I assume it just doesn't remove the message box before it actually does suspend.

Note that multiple suspend message boxes will popup over time so if you come back from a longer period of time you will have more of the same message. I have not discovered a limit to the number of total messages possible.
