Dont appear my second monitor in display settings

Bug Description
When i boot the Elementary OS just appear my first monitor (in the case my laptop screen) and not my external monitor. I have been looking for very much the reason of the problem, but even in display settings the external display doesnt show.
i have a Nvidia Graphic Video this can be a problem?
