Create a new Notifications indicator [$100]

The messaging menu is kind of meh.

We should create a new notifications indicator that would handle the display of missed notifications.

Adding a way to see missed notifications is good, but we should have a way to dismiss notifications when you are shown it. Making them White coloredd with a cross option to dismiss the notification, if the notification isn't dismissed then only it should go into the center as seen in your photo attachment, because as a normal user I don't want a notification center, i want a quick way to disable notifications

Didn't we intend to only keep action items around and display them in dock badges?

Storing all notifications, especially in a single feed, typically results in a huge mess as demonstrated by Android, etc. Keeping only action items around will avoid unnecessary distractions and flooding the feed and second, and without making up any extra entities too.

Yes actually I am also not fond of the notification feed, it does create a huge mess like android, I would like my desktop OS free of such notification centers. Also the only thing we got to change is the default colour and behaviour of notifications in ubuntu, please see a sample notification image I have posted above, we got to do that, white background and dismissable.
