Bug Description
Our Apport config located at lp:~elementary-os/elementaryos/apport-retrace-sandbox is no longer maintainable manually.
In particular, Apport fails when pointed to a PPA with no packages published in the specified series. Right now we have to manually track all the changes in the rather long list of PPAs as well as track creation of new PPAs...
This is not viable and should be automated. The script should automatically enumerate all PPAs with packages released in them for a given team and add them to the sandbox (Apport is not confused by existence of a later version, it just needs the exact specified version to be available, so having multiple versions of a package or several extra PPAs is not an issue).
