Settings, Log out and shut down very slow respond

Bug Description
I have a problem with shut down and log out which take a long time to respond after i click on it. It sometimes took 15 - 30 seconds to respond. This problems also effect to the Settings as well. For the Settings, if i am trying to access any settings (example Time and Dates, Sound Settings and etc) from System Settings, it take immediate respond. However, if I am trying to access Time & Dates Settings, Sound Settings and etc directly from the shortcut functions which is located at the top panel, then it tooks me 15 - 30 seconds to respond. Please fix the bug. It makes me feel sick on waiting for such long time before I can access any sub settings and log out or shut down the laptop. TQ. Please respond.
