ElementaryOS detects screen when no screen is connected

While logging in I noticed that log in screen was pushed to the side. In display settings there is two displays 1 one laptop and another one unknown. I have never used external displays on this PC. Even booting seems slower than usual.

And while shutting down I noticed that I get such messages.

I think this might be a driver or xorg but, I had it for a short time then an update fixed it.

I noticed this bug just today. I have been using raring graphics and raring kernel from 12.04.3 release. And this is first time I have encountered this.

Same bug persist on Elementary Os Freya. I have a laptop with an hybrid graphic card (Nvidia GT540M) and has the same problem, detects two displays when I have just only one.

OP can you confirm this issue on the latest release of elementary OS? (0.4 Loki)
