Bug Description

The issue happens every time I try to connect my phone via bluetooth PAN to get an internet connection. The phone is a Nexus 4 and I am sure that the internet sharing via bluetooth is active. The connection (between phone and PC) is hard to get but sometimes the network applet show connected. The main issue is that in the bluetooth settings the PAN checkbox uncheck itself every so often and every time it add a new entry. With a finite height of my screen the lower control like wireless network are not accessible with bluetooth enabled.
Not so elementary isn't it? I don't know if the bug is from network manager or the elementary implementation so I post it here to have it redirected to the right team.
