Make "Templates" a hidden folder

Bug Description

The "Templates" folder is probably one of the most under-utilized/useless features ever. And in all honesty, it'd only be useful if it were automatically populated by apps. It's not really useful in the context of having people do shit-work by manually filling it up.

So, we should probably make it a hidden folder. I imagine there's localizations of these folders somewhere and we just prefix them all with "." or something?

This is possible, although I recall some people actually using it. See bug 1113080 for previous discussion on the topic.

It is not Files responsibility to create or hide the actual template folder - this is a system location. Is it intended that, by default, Files no longer shows the Template bookmark?

Yeah this can probably be marked as invalid/won't fix for Files. We should probably do this on the OS level
