Video tearing with Nvidia card

Bug Description

Regardless of the video player any video I play on my system (with a GTX660) gets a a tear in middle. It is basically the same bug described here -> http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2010/01/how-to-fix-video-tearing-in-videos-nvidia-ubuntu as well in may other Ubuntu articles, but how do I fix it in Elementary OS?
