Bug Description

Similar to another patch I recently submitted, the Apple MacBook Touchpad doesn't have equal resolution by default. Vertical movement is a lot less sensitive than horizontal movement. In any case, the attached patch sets vertical and horizontal sensitivity to be equal specifically on the MacBook touchpad.
