Lock screen clock doesn't match Wingpanel clock

Bug Description
I don't think this needs any other information, nothing's broken, just looks like an oversight, but the clock I have when the screen locks is a 24 hour clock while the default clock on Wingpanel is 12 hours (AM/PM). Also, the lock screen does not include the day of the week/date like the Wingpanel clock does.
