Bug Description

As pointed out in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZdCtlBWFgB4, plug crashes are not submitted by Apport because plug packages don't ship any hooks. We should add hooks for plugs to apport-hooks-elementary package.

Nope, it's an OS integration bug.

And we want it for beta because it's required for proper beta testing and quite easy to implement on the OS side.

The 4 new projects recipes need to be poked again soon, when launchpad has had time to forget their original packages that I recently deleted from the Daily PPA.

All should be fixed now, we just need bumps from translators on a couple of the plugs to get them to upload properly.

The retrace list in https://code.launchpad.net/~elementary-os/elementaryos/apport-retrace-sandbox should also be updated so that the retracer can discover the crashes.
Don't freak out if it doesn't make a difference just yet because retracing is blocked by https://bugs.launchpad.net/apport/+bug/1061921 at the moment
