Bug Description
Hello,
actually, the empathy mail menu is displayed whether the empathy account is set up or
not.
The problem is that instead of having a engaging menu entry "set up mail account", the menu
display the status, the chat shortcut and the "clear" item (whose function is a mystery for me).
Of course, all the present items do nothing unless an account is configured : this is not
very intuitive.
And to add insult to injury, the use has to click on the chat shortcut to set up her email
account.
Lastly, there is no easy to hide that menu, should the user choose not to use empathy.
