list-remove looks like dialog-error

Used in the toolbar, list-remove looks just like dialog-error and is really confusing to see.

Here's an example with Transmission. "Remove torrent" button in the toolbar looks like dialog-error that got into the toolbar somehow.

You know, I'm actually considering to call improper icon use here. In context, list-add and list-remove appear as they're supposed to. But used out of context like this it looks wrong. For Toolbar usage maybe a different icon is needed "document-remove". The problem I'm seeing is that just having a red line isn't really that much better here. But adding the file background isn't going to make sense in the context of "list-remove"
