mail-attachment only has symbolic icon

Bug Description

There should also be normal (non-symbolic) icons for mail-attachment as currently the gnome-default is used.

OP, can you give an example of where to view the non-symbolic variant?

- Geary uses the non-symbolic variant in its message view to indicate attachments are linked to the message
- Other applications (example note-taking applications) might use it in future to indicate files are linked to a note in the same way Geary does

As far as I can see here, Geary is using the -symbolic icon. If in the future there arises a need for this icon, it can be added at that time.
