Twitter icon does not adhere to Twitter brand policies

Bug Description

According to https://twitter.com/logo , any reference to the Twitter brand must use the updated Twitter bird, but elementary still has an old one.
I don't know if the icon is actually used anywhere in the OS, but if it's present, it should be accurate.

I've changed Twitter icon's design. I didn't change the color because I don't know how I should do the gradient.
