Tweaks crashes on elementary OS 0.3 Freya

Recreate bug/crash:
1. Open Switchboard
2. Click on the Tweaks Switchboard plug/icon

Result: Crash

Just a patch until Mr. Langfermann decides to fix and update the code... There are also a couple of new projects out there, trying to achieve similar functionality... I wouldn't worry.

I was actually considering cleaning it up a little bit and resuming development, but didn't want to step on any toes -- the original author hasn't been heard from in quite a while.

Looks like 0.3 Freya Elementary Tweaks can now be installed via PPA thanks to Michael Starkweather
