ejabberd+mod_client_asterisk fails 2 start with 2 vhosts

ejabberd v2.1.11
mod-client-asterisk v2.1

with 1 vhost defined ejabberd+mod_client_asterisk starts fine

when 2 vhosts defined it does not start:
