Indicate that focusing the app pauses recording

Bug Description

We should indicate that focusing the app pauses recording by:
 1) Adding pause symbol to application icon, so it acts like a pause button (for dock-based environments)
 2) Change window title to "Pause recording" (for taskbar-based environments)
 3) Change window contents into big fat symbolic pause icon (for GNOME Shell)

According to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBFOQwqkaZM, the dock icon doesn't change. Everything else is fine.

Might this be a bug in Plank? I'm changing window and application icon.

Well, I'd say it's a side effect of BAMF that's used in most docks. Maybe there's an API to make it change the icon?

I'm already setting any icon name I could find to the according icon names, but still nothing changes. And since I've actually never seen an app changing its dock icon before I guess it's simply not possible.
