Bug Description

I am trying out Eidete from PPA, running the latest version (0.1.).
When I stop the recording by clicking again on the icon in Unity, I get the message (in German), that the recording is done and asks me what to do next. But I only get the option to upload to videobin.org, not to save it locally. When I cancel the prompt, Eidete does not seem to save anything and Eidete closes completely. This bugs virtually renders Eidete unusable for me, unfortunately. Any idea what might be wrong? Any more output that could be useful for you?

We are having some strange problems with contractor at the moment. I hope those will be solved soon, it should actually display "Save to File" in that list with video.
As a workaround, you can grab the video from /tmp for now or kill contractor before recording, it will fallback to save only then.

Thanks for the workaround. I could grab the webm files from temp, but could not get the "kill contractor" version. When eidete is running, but not recording, "killall contractor" returns "no such process". When I stop the recording, I can "killall contractor" but the popup is already there, so it's too late. I can stick with the /tmp workaround, but would be interested how to get the "kill" version working.

You'll get the normal save now, if only one or less items would be displayed.
