Bug Description
There are multiple bugs on this page:
1. When logged in as the Admin account, under the "Manage Users" page. There are two "Student Types" one is typed as shown, the other like "StudentTypes". There should only be one kind! Also, when editing, there should be a drop-down-list with the types, not a textbox.
2. You can add a demographic that is already there!
