RoundCube in Arabic?

The default install of EHCP 0.29.15.4 seems to install RoundCube with the Arabic language set.

Work-around: Change it after install at:
/var/lib/roundcube/config/main.inc.php
Line 168.

In theory, it should be. (More people online can understand English at least a little...) But my installation (using all defaults in the process except the password) installed the Arabic language.

main.inc.dist in the Roundcube distribution has:

// the default locale setting (leave empty for auto-detection)
// RFC1766 formatted language name like en_US, de_DE, de_CH, fr_FR, pt_BR
$rcmail_config['language'] = null;

My install gave me:
$rcmail_config['language'] = 'ar_SA';

Now, ar_SA is Arabic - South Africa and is the first listed 4-letter code alphabetically in:
/usr/share/roundcube/program/localization

Might the installer somehow be auto selecting the first choice somewhere?

it was working, as I remember.)
