entering an invalid user name in the "add a mysql db and user" will result with the db created under root and inaccessible in ehcp

If you attempt to create a db with an invalid mysql username when using add db and user, it will create your db but it will be owned by root and will not show in ehcp. You must open phpmyadmin and remove the db manually then recreate it in ehcp with a valid user name.
