Webkit2Gtk Scrollbar acting weird

Bug Description

When opening http://www.dr.dk/ the scrollbar acts really weird.
It's flickering and have a lot of strange lines

I can also confirm that it looks this way on other apps using webkit like pantheon-online-accounts or the capnet-portal when you resize them. This does not happen when in a different theme
