Bug Description

After upgrading to loki I was unable to set the hotkey in synapse to the menu key (as I use ctrl+space in my IDEs). I had to switch to Arc to make the option to change the hotkey reappear.

I'm marking this as "invalid" for egtk. There's nothing I can do here. They're not doing any sort of height request for the scrolled window. "height" is not a valid property in Gtk.CSS. This has to be fixed in Synapse
