"all settings" button messed up on lose focus

Bug Description
When the System Settings window is not the focused window it's "All Settings" button looks all messed up. See the attachment.

I can't reproduce this issue. Can I get more information about your system? Is this a fresh install? Which iso did you download? Have you made any modifications to your system? Have you installed or uninstalled anything?
