window edge snap need a seperation

Bug Description
when windows snap to edges over any white back ground feels not well (for example open libre office in full screen then open swichboard and snap it to right or left edge) Border shade like when not using snap is fine

It looks like there are changes coming in mutter 3.16 to allow for this, but as of now I can't fix.
