Ability to schedule monthly reports

Although the functionality is there to schedule reports to run monthly, if you are trying to run them over a range of time and need to use relative dates, it only allows you to choose number of days ago. Since months vary in the number of days they have, it should to be able to choose the number of months ago as an option.

Example from help desk ticket:

I tried to schedule quick reports for Circulation count and In-house use count, to run monthly. Since it is set up for (number of) days ago, how would you schedule one to run monthly since months are 28, 30 and 31 days. Can it be set up for (number of) months ago?
