No support for "ILIKE, LIKE" transforms

Bug Description
Using Base filters that include:
- Contains matching substring [like]
- Contains matching substring (Ignore Case) [ilike]
Are not supported in the report.view.php file.
If you import a report template that utilizes these transforms you will receive a:
"unknown action-ilike"
type error in the Condition column (see screenshot).
