sd card on boot give I/O error

If I left my sd card inside the sd slot doring the boot process, a big list of messages appear on screen , the boot process slow down and when frequently keyboard and some time even the touchpad doesn't work.
If I insert the sd card qfter the boot process is terminated everythink work good.
In the past releases even the microsd was affected of this problem , now the microsd work good.
