[Wishlist] Show progress of ecryptfs-migrate-home

Bug Description

ecryptfs-migrate-home doesn't currently show any progress while rsync-ing the files from the unencrypted home folder to the encrypted version. Would it make sense to include --progress in the rsync command, so that some level of information is displayed to the end user?

I think that's probably reasonable. It should be as easy as adding a -P on the rsync line. I'd probably move all of that output to stderr, such that users could filter that progress easily, if they wanted.
