Review and correct the licensing/copyright etc information in the package. Some things may need updates like the copyright years and such

I have possibly gone into too much detail, but besides the main part which is under EPL, I have found portions available under a number of licences including Apache, W3C, CPL, LGPL, MPL, and several BSD-style licences. Attached file contains the summary.
