Bug Description
The linux-distros ecipse project has a plugin called "rpmstubby" that produces rpm spec files from a plugin's build infrastructure. It has already been used to stub several plugins in Fedora.
Could it be utilized/ported to produce debian source packages too?
This would be a very useful contribution and something that can be committed upstream and get us committer rights / representation / voting power in this project (only redhat has that so far it seems).
