Bug Description

Attached patch:
- adds new error messages
- fixes error printing, associated whitespace problems ("warning:foo") and missing newlines
- missing imports
- default cloud type 'auto'
- ignore proxies where feasable (urllib - not urllib2 though)
- fix meta-data check in ec2-is-compat-env (eucalyptus returns 500 at http://169.254.169.254/2009-04-04 but /meta-data/ comes as expected so look for instance-id instead)
- include ec2-get-info in the installer
