Bug Description
Changes included:
- 'reserveration-id' results in ec2-get-info --all failing (reservation-id)
- remove unused metadata variable
- remove unnecessary data variable
- unnecessary code duplication in getData/showAllData and options parser
- don't hardcode the number of available data requests
- don't use cat
