David Arthur would like a --mysql-socket option to be able to specify a non-standard MySQL socket

Glancing at the code and the DBD::mysql docs, it seems to me that the following option might be a workaround:

  --mysql-host 'localhost;mysql_socket=/PATH/TO/SOCKET'
