Bug Description

My grandmother (or manager etc) does not know how to enter "wget" commands in a terminal window. Where is the downloadable .deb file which we can just double-click on to install? Or something similarly simple through the web browser.

Not going to happen, sorry. EasyUbuntu installs things the ubuntu devs
don't like (or can't legally distribute) and having a helper app
install it for you could be just as bad legally.

EasyUbuntu can be made to install an icon for itself, but it cant be
shipped out of the box.
Does the installer support creating an icon Robotgeek? Applications ->
system tools would be good if it does.

I can make it install a .desktop file if it doesn't already.
Applications->System Tooms is a terrible place though, in dapper it's
hidden by default.

If you could put together a .desktop file that would be great Travis. i dont know if venkat has one already though - better ask first.

Great!!! it works for me.

Could we possibly meet in #easyubuntu sometime so that we may work together to fix these errors (see attachement)?

Thanks again for your effort!

The current solution is confusing:

-----------------
Download and install the following package (doubleclicking it should do):

http://tinyurl.com/gwrdf
-----------------

The link isn't clickable. It makes you think it's a terminal command. Double click what? The link? The package? Here's how I'd change it:

-----------------
Download EasyUbuntu from here: EasyUbuntu 3.022, 101 KB (obviously, this would be a link to EasyUbuntu.)

Once downloaded, double click the package to install.
-----------------

Just an idea.
