[PACKAGE REQUEST] Saitek 2500 gamepad driver

Adds DPad and rumble support for Saitek P2500 controllers.

It's Saitek 2500 rumble pad driver written by goffi. The biggest problem is that it got written in 2006 and is incompatible with the latest kernel.

It needs patching and packaging. I mailed goffi and he said that he has no time to patch his work. Also, He said that the best thing would be to recode it in userspace or to clean the code and ask for an inclusion directly in the kernel's sources.

The patch's size is only ~20kb so guess that if someone knows how to write linux drivers will do it in about 10m to 1h.
