gui should show activated Items after restart

The EasyUbuntu-gui should detect after a restart of the gui which steps are already done/activated.

Users which are not able how to check the settings by their own could
be a little bit unsetteled about that.
It might be a good idea to implement a setup-test for any item.

It is pretty easy to do this for installed packages. EasyUbuntu could probably do this while launching.

It's a tougher job for configuration performed, though.

Check the package list for each component, to see if it is already installed. If ALL packages for a component are indeed installed, fill the checkbox, and make it disabled (otherwise, the user might think he/she can uninstall using EasyUbuntu...).

The patch also adds a small message, should existing components exist, explaining why there are filled (and disabled) checkboxes.

In my patch above, note that only packages are checked. Since the repositories list has no packages, another path would be needed for it.
