"Restart" definition is wrong

Bug Description
Select "Quit..." on main menu.
Quit Session dialog box appears. Selection titled "Restart" has the same text as the text under "Switch User". Text properly explains switching users, does not explain restarting.
I suggest using the following text to describe "Restart": "Ends your session, turns off and then restarts your computer."
