Bug Description

This is refered to Easy Peasy 1.5 only in live mode. I have not tried a clean and fresh installation yet.

- The four multimedia keys in the Asus 901 do not work nor can be configured. The top left one can suspend the system, but I can't enable/disable wireless (Fn+F2 does not work either), webcam, bluetooth, card-reader, etc... The rest of the function keys (I mean the "F" keys work fine, despite the wireless problem)
- In order to configure them I tried to install eee-control (worked fine under EasyPeasy 1.0), but I couldn't, as this program requires kernel sources to be installed. I can't find the kernel sources for the default kernel 2.6.30.5-ep0 in Synaptic

Thanks in advance

I think this problem exists since the first easypeasy release.

I've repackaged eee-control with the change that it doesn't compile the kernel module when it is already installed, which is the case with the new 2.6.30 kernel. Please grab it from here:

For compiling a kernel module you do not need the kernel sources. You only need the headers.
If you can't find the headers grab the package from here:
